Quality Control Operator/ Lab Technician

Programmed is seeking reliable and safety focused team members for hands on roles in production and quality control. These positions involve machine operation, manual handling, Lab and batch testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shifts: Wed–Sun OR Mon–Fri

Afternoon Shift (2pm–10pm)
Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Key Duties

• Paint making and filling (training provided)
• Repetitive manual handling of 15kg pails
• Production and machine operating
• General laboring duties
• Dangerous Goods experience highly regarded
• Operate HMI system for batch testing and adjustments
• Follow batch cards and test instructions
• Conduct QA lab testing
• Use pallet jacks and walkie stackers
• Record results in paperwork, Excel, and SAP
• Maintain cleanliness and basic equipment care

You Will Need

• Physical fitness for labor-intensive work
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures
• Confident using computerized systems (HMI experience ideal)
• Experience with Excel and SAP
• QC/lab testing experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot basic system errors
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Flexibility for weekend work
